As all Zoomoni items are made-to-order, we initiate the crafting process promptly upon order placement. Typically, crafting felt organizer is completed within 1-7 business days, silky organizer within 3-12 business days, with potential variations during holidays and sale events. Once crafted, your package will be shipped out using the selected shipping option.

We continue to launch new organizer models every week, offering organizers for over 1,000 bag models. Our new Silky organizers are handcrafted with premium satin silky material. While they take a bit longer to craft, the silky organizers are soft and super light-weighted – they’ll be the perfect partners to your designer bags.

Zoomoni’s signature Felt organizers are crafted in 1.2mm and 2mm premium felt, and offered with various add-on options that you can freely customize to fit your lifestyle nicely. 

While the felt thickness choice really depends on your preference, here is a general guideline for selecting the thickness for your felt organizer:

1.2mm (Thin)

• Recommended for smaller and structured bags.
• Lighter and more natural shape
• Helps to keep the interior of your bag protected from scratches, stains, and dust.

2mm (Default)

• The widely popular and the default thickness option
• Soft yet sturdy and structural
• Water repellent finish
• Helps to retain the proper shape and structure of your bag
• Recommended for larger and saggy bags.
