  • Important Announcement:
    Due to the delays with the Standard Shipping option to some countries with the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we now only offer Expedited Shipping option for some countries! (Australia, Japan, Netherlands, etc.)

    * You can simply check your country’s shipping options on your ‘Cart’ or ‘Check Out’ page.

    In the hopes of getting through these difficult times together with our clients, we’ve lowered the price for Expedited Shipping. (We’ll cover the difference from our end). The new price for Expedited Shipping (which was $25 for the first item + $20 per additional organizers) is $20 for your first item and $15 for each additional organizers in your order. We hope you will get the organizers you ordered soon!

    We ship most of our Expedited Shipping packages with FedEx International Priority, which normally arrives within 1-5 business days of shipment

    * Please note that this change is temporary. We will begin offering Standard Shipping option again once there’s no delay with Standard Shipping option to your country. We have begun offering Standard Shipping to some countries (US, Canada, UK, etc) and they’ll be updated on a daily basis as soon as we are able to offer Standard Shipping option! Thanks for your patience.

  • Regarding the recent COVID-19 outbreak:
    – Our sincere prayers are with all those affected with the recent outbreak, we hope you and your family are safe!
    – Fortunately, our studio is in an area that is less affected by the COVID-19 but we’re taking extra measures guided by CDC and Personal Doctor to maintain virus-free environment:
    * All team members are not affected and tested for potential signs before each day.
    * We follow proper measures (like washing hands and sanitization before making our products) to ensure our products are clean
    * Our studio has and is being thoroughly sterilized
    – Our Making Time (1-4 business days) is not affected. All our team members are dedicated to making your organizer with the care they deserve!

  • We offer world-wide shipping! 
    As our products are ‘made-to-order’, we start making your item after you place your order.
  • Estimated Making Time:
    It takes us 1-5 business days to complete making your organizers for you. If there are delays beyond this timeline, we’ll inform you immediately.

    Thank you for your patience and we will make sure to complete your organizer with the care it deserves!

  • Estimated Shipping Time (Standard Shipping Option): We ship using EMS from South Korea.
    (Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreaks, shipping to Europe, South East Asia, and Africa is showing a few days delays. Rest of the area will likely receive the package within the guided timeline)
    • To USA: 1-3 weeks
    • To Canada: 1-3 weeks
    • To Australia: 1-3 weeks
    • To Europe: 1-3 weeks
    • To South East Asia: 1-3 weeks
    • To Africa: Approx. 1-2 months
    • To South America: 1-3 months
  • If you’d like faster shipping, you can select the ‘Expedited Shipping’ option which will usually take 1-5 business days in shipping time. (Mostly shipped with FedEx International Priority. For few addresses that FedEx doesn’t deliver to, we ship with EMS Priority.
  • You will be notified via email when your organizer has been completed and shipped! Please check your email (the email address you used to sign up for Zoomoni account OR your Paypal email address), and you can click the tracking information in your email to track your package!

Please note that we are not responsible for any import tax or custom fees.
Also, we are not responsible for delayed/lost/damaged packages during delivery. To avoid any loss/mis-delivery, please make sure to enter the correct shipping address when you place your order.

Refund and Return Policy

  • You can change your order within 12 hours of placing your order. To do so, simply send us a message on our website (click here) or an email us at: myzoomoni@gmail.com.
  • We will gladly take returns. Please contact us via email (myzoomoni@gmail.com) to request a return within 7 days of receiving your items.
  • The returned item must be in the original state that you received your items.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and you will pay for return shipping.
  • 3-7 days after inspecting your returned items, we will issue your refund via your original source of payment .
