    Due to the delays with the Standard Shipping option with the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we now only offer the Expedited Shipping option for some countries!

    Estimated Shipping Time (Expedited Shipping Option):
    We ship most of our Expedited Shipping packages with FedEx International Priority, which normally arrive within 1-6 business days of shipment.

  • Estimated Shipping Time (Standard Shipping Option): We ship using EMS from South Korea.
    (Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreaks, shipping to North America, Europe, South East Asia, and Africa is showing a few days delays. The rest of the area will likely receive the package within the guided timeline)

    • To USA: 2-6 weeks
    • To Canada: 3-7 weeks
    • To Europe: 2-6 weeks
    • To South East Asia: 2-5 weeks
    • To Africa: Approx. 1-2 months (Only Expedited Shipping Option Available)
    • To South America: 1-3 months (Only Expedited Shipping Option Available)
  • Estimated Making Time:
    As all our products are ‘Made-To-Order’, we begin making your item after you place your order.
    It normally takes us 1-7 business days to complete making your organizers for you. It can take a few additional days if we experience a high volume of orders.
    Thank you for your patience and we will make sure to complete your organizer with the care it deserves!
  • Tracking Information:
    You will be notified via email when your organizer has been completed and shipped out! Please check your email (the email address you used to sign up for Zoomoni account OR the email address you entered when placing your order), and you can click the tracking information in your email to track your package!
  • Regarding the recent COVID-19 outbreak:
    – Our sincere prayers are with all those affected with the recent outbreak, we hope you and your family are safe!
    – Fortunately, our studio is in an area that is less affected by the COVID-19 but we’re taking extra measures guided by CDC and Personal Doctor to maintain virus-free environment:
    – Our Making Time (1-7 business days) is not affected. All our team members are dedicated to making your organizer with the care they deserve!
  • Custom & Taxes:
    – Please note that we are not responsible for any import tax or custom fees.
    – Also, we are not responsible for delayed/lost/damaged packages during delivery. To avoid any loss/mis-delivery, please make sure to enter the correct shipping address when you place your order.
  • Order Change/Cancellation & Refund and Return Policy
    – You can change/cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order. To do so, simply send us a message on our website (click here) or email us at: myzoomoni@gmail.com. Please note that we are not able to accommodate order change/cancellation after this time window.
    – We will gladly take returns. Please contact us via email (myzoomoni@gmail.com) to request a return within 7 days of receiving your items.
    – The returned item must be in the original state that you received your items.
    – Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and you will pay for return shipping.
    – 3-7 days after inspecting your returned items, we will issue your refund via your original source of payment .
