1) Who we are
“Zoomoni,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Zoomoni (South Korea). We handcraft made-to-order bag organizers and related accessories.
2) When these terms apply
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Sale. You confirm this at checkout by ticking the agreement box—this forms a binding contract for the items in your order confirmation.
3) Made-to-Order (please read)

Made after you order: As Zoomoni products are made-to-order, we begin making your item after you place your order.

Making time: Usually 1–8 business days. During busy periods/sale events, please allow a few extra days so we can maintain quality.

Silky organizers & items: Our silky line typically needs a bit longer than felt—please allow a few additional business days.

Separate from shipping: Making time is not included in the shipping/transit times below.
4) Order changes & cancellations

12-hour window: Request changes or cancel within 12 hours of ordering at [email protected]. After that, production typically begins and changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

We may decline or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud or material constraints). If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.
5) Shipping methods & timeframes
We ship from South Korea via postal/EMS (standard) and express couriers (e.g., FedEx).

Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Please double-check your email and shipping address; we aren’t responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6) What your shipping price includes (and doesn’t)

Shipping price covers transportation only (and carrier services shown at checkout).

Shipping price does not include import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage/disbursement fees, or customs clearance charges.

U.S. orders: These duties/tariffs are collected at checkout as a separate line item (see Section 7).

Non-U.S. orders: Import charges are usually collected by the carrier at delivery (see Section 7).

7) Customs, duties & taxes
A) United States shipping addresses (we collect at checkout — hassle-free)

For orders shipping to the United States (all states & D.C.), we collect applicable U.S. import duties/tariffs at checkout on your behalf, and we (or our logistics partners) arrange payment and clearance.

You authorize Zoomoni and its carriers/brokers to act as your agent for customs clearance and to remit duties/tariffs using the amount collected at checkout.

No surprise import bills: For the items and shipping service you purchase from us, you should not owe additional import duties/tariffs or carrier advancement/handling fees at delivery.

Rare exceptions: If customs reclassifies goods, laws change after purchase, or information you supplied is incorrect/incomplete, additional amounts could be assessed; if that occurs, we’ll contact you with options.
B) All other destinations (DAP — you pay at delivery)

For deliveries outside the United States, you are the importer of record and are responsible for all import duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage/disbursement fees, and clearance charges as assessed by customs or the carrier.

We do not collect these import charges at checkout. The carrier will contact you to collect them before delivery.
Refusals / unclaimed parcels

If import charges are declined and the parcel is returned, any refund (if eligible) will be reduced by outbound shipping, return freight/handling, and any non-recoverable fees. If a parcel is abandoned or destroyed due to non-payment/refusal, no refund will be issued.
Notes

Some non-U.S. countries require taxes to be collected at checkout; where required, we do so.

For U.S. orders, duties/tariffs are included upfront at checkout; this does not change your shipping cost.
8) Returns & refunds (standard items vs. custom/add-on)
We want you to love your organizer.
Request a return: Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery for a return authorization (RMA).
Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all accessories/gifts.
Shipping: Return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final-sale (non-returnable) items:

Custom-made organizers (e.g., made to your measurements or for models not listed on our site as standard).

Any organizer with selected add-ons or non-standard modifications that make the item non-reusable, including but not limited to: detachable bottle holder pocket, key ring, D-ring, lipstick pocket, detachable zipper top, fixed zipper top, zipper pocket, double layered construction, base shaper, “make zero pocket” (no pockets), special divider/pocket layouts, monogram/embroidery, or other custom features.
Because these are handcrafted to your specifications, they cannot be resold or repurposed.
Standard items (no add-ons):

If your organizer is for a listed bag model and has no add-ons, it may be returned under the policy above.

No add-ons selected? Your organizer will be crafted and delivered as shown in the listing photos for that bag model (the default layout/pocketing).
Processing & duties on returns:

After we receive and inspect your return (typically 3–7 business days), approved refunds are issued to your original payment method for the product price, less any non-recoverable fees.

U.S. orders: Duties/tariffs collected at checkout are generally non-refundable unless the parcel is returned under conditions that allow duty drawback or reversal under applicable rules. Where recovery is possible, we’ll process it on your behalf and credit you the recovered amount minus any third-party/processing fees.
9) Our promise if we make a mistake (fair to you)
If we ship the wrong item, miss agreed specifications, or your product arrives defective:

Once verified, we will repair, replace, or refund—at our cost (including reasonable shipping), as appropriate.
This commitment doesn’t limit any non-excludable consumer rights you may have under applicable law; it’s our promise to make it right.
10) Title, risk & delivery issues
Risk of loss passes on delivery to your address as shown by carrier records. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, contact the carrier promptly and also notify us; we’ll assist where possible. Signature may be required for some express shipments.
11) Custom orders & measurements
We craft to the measurements and specifications you provide. Please verify your measurements carefully; we aren’t responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect or incomplete measurements. Minor variations inherent to handmade production and material lots are normal.
12) Color, materials & tolerances
Colors may appear differently on screens. Small variances (e.g., ±3–5 mm dimensions; felt/silk texture differences) are typical for handcrafted goods and are not defects.
13) Promotions, coupons & shipping fees
Coupons/credits apply to product price unless stated otherwise and generally do not cover shipping, customs, or carrier fees. Shipping is a service charge and non-refundable once a parcel has shipped.
14) Force majeure
We aren’t liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., customs actions, strikes, carrier interruptions, severe weather, or public emergencies).
15) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the item(s) at issue. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
16) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul, South Korea have exclusive jurisdiction. If your local consumer-protection laws grant mandatory rights or forums, those remain in addition to these Terms.
17) Updates
We may update these Terms periodically. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. See the Effective date above.
