This was my first order with Zoomoni. The bag organizer arrived ahead of schedule, was well packaged, and the company provided helpful notifications throughout the order process and delivery. I chose the color leaf green and it looks great with my navy Longchamp bag. The organizer appears to be well made with plenty of pockets, a slot for longer items, and two bottle holders. I have previously only purchased 2mm felt organizers from Samorga. This specific item for the Longchamp bag I had was not available with Samorga. So I decided to give Zoomoni a try. So far I am happy with my purchase. I do have one issue, however, regarding the item description on the website. When I placed my order, the website clearly indicated the item came as a set of two organizers. I only received one item. I reached out to customer service and was informed the order was for one organizer only. I now see the website has been updated and corrected. I made sure to take a screenshot of the prior webpage to show that two organizers were promised per order. I have sent a copy of this information to Zoomoni with no response yet from customer service. This is definitely disappointing. My first experience with Zoomoni shows they offer a quality product. I just wish customer service was equally good on the follow through. If two organizers were promised per order, then that is what Zoomoni should deliver.
