No complaints about the product but I paid an additional $35 for express delivery just to find out the product was shipped 10 days after I ordered it. That is not my idea of express delivery. I think I deserve a refund for that $35.

I ordered the pouch to fit in my OTG. The pouch is very well made and matches the red inside my purse very well. The pouch is not stiff, but soft and flexible. However, I ordered the wrong size. I needed a pouch for the GM not the MM. Im hoping I can exchange it
